【陳冠宇／新北報導】新北市新樹路地下道前清晨4時許，發生1起計程車自撞護欄車禍，蔡姓駕駛疑似因下雨天視線不良，不慎撞上進地下道前的中央分隔護欄，造成他身上多處擦傷、挫傷，李姓乘客則意識清楚並無大礙，隨救護車一同至醫院檢診。
