【大紀元9月21日報導】（中央社記者盧太城台東21日電）台東知本溪北岸，21日晚間因天兔颱風豪雨導致潰堤，有部分民眾受困。警消出動橡皮艇前往救援。

天兔颱風為台灣東部帶來豪雨，知本溪今天下午水位暴漲，溫泉橋也因水位已達警戒狀況，卑南鄉公所21日傍晚宣布封橋。
