男子酒店當大爺白吃白喝　詐欺罪嫌送辦

高雄市一名男子到酒店飲酒作樂，從前一天晚上一直喝到第二天凌晨，並且找來小姐陪坐檯，總共消費一萬三千多元，等到酒店打烊要結帳時，男子竟聲稱他沒有錢，店經理於是報警處理。

高雄市三民一分局指出，這名33歲的歐姓男子17號深夜獨自一人到酒店消費，並請小酒陪酒，一直歡唱到隔天凌晨四點，酒店要打烊結帳時，男子竟表示他沒有帶錢，店經理請他打電話給親友，但，男子的親友都不願意替他付錢，只好報警扭送派出所。警方調查，這名男子平時以打零工為業，他向警方供稱，跟酒店沒有仇，只是要享樂；店家認為他擺明了就是白吃白喝；警方偵訊後將這名男子依詐欺罪嫌移送法辦。
