標題[討論] 新人多久應該要上手

先說說我的狀況 學士畢業~機械相關科系畢業(航太造船等科系就對了) 進入一家半科技業的公司當機構 但說實在的 我真的好多不懂 說畫3D圖..大學學得很多都忘了怎畫 說加工..大學時也沒摸過什麼加工..很多都不太熟 很多比較難的案子也不可能給我畫 只能在專案裡做做雜事 感覺自己真的好廢..快三個月了還不能獨立作業 想問問大家 新人大概多久要上手阿.. -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 1.168.67.249
