彰化銀行贊助 萬榮鄉終於有ATM了

花蓮縣萬榮鄉為全台少數沒有ATM的鄉鎮，聯合報系經濟日報願景工程，推動平衡偏鄉金融，彰化銀行特別響應，在萬榮鄉圖書館設置一台可存提款的ATM，今天上午開幕啟用，行政院政務委員薛琦、彰化銀行總經理唐楚烈都專程到場致意。
