砂石車擦撞機車 女騎士被輾死

花蓮新城鄉今天清晨發生一起砂石車輾過機車案件，一名就讀高工補校的陳姓女學生，行經海星中學前馬路時，與同向行駛準備右轉的砂石車發生擦撞，司機未注意到同向右側的女騎士，導致女騎士不幸被砂石車後輪輾斃。

警方表示，砂石車王姓司機酒測值為零，當時砂石車準備右轉進入加油站，並未發現右側有機車，直到發生擦撞後，才驚覺事故發生。肇事原因由新城警分局調查中。
