盜伐30萬元扁柏倒木　代價67萬罰金

【潘岳／宜蘭報導】45歲陳姓男子，半年前違法潛入太平山林班地盜伐價值近30萬元扁柏枯倒木，運下山途中，被羅東林管處會同警方攔檢查獲，移送法辦，全案經宜蘭地院審結，依違犯森林法判處刑6月、得易科罰金18萬元，併科罰金59萬餘元，合計67萬餘元。

 法官痛斥陳男，為圖一己之利，持鍊鋸切割盜取枯倒扁柏犯行，嚴重危害自然生態，侵害國家森林資源。
