苗栗檢方「返木計畫」 聲押3人

苗栗檢方兩年前偵辦山老鼠犯罪集團案，發現苗栗縣三義鄉一家藝品館涉嫌虛偽開立統一發票，掩護購買盜伐的牛樟木贓物，13日全國同步執行「返木計畫」，指揮警調人員搜索藝品店等6處，帶回業者林金安等39人，查出林金安從2008年起，每張發票以數千到上萬元，販賣虛偽統一發票，檢察官偵訊到14日凌晨，以涉嫌重大、有串證之虞，聲請羈押林金安等3人，全案往上追查山老鼠盜伐集團中。
