【李定宇／新北報導】由於血友病先天血液凝固異常，雙和血友病中心首度推出病友專屬「CARE悠遊卡」，客製化身份辨識，讓病友即時得到急救處理，即日起開放病友免費索取。
 
雙和醫院急診部馬漢平主任表示，血友病止血治療的處理相當迫切，若出血狀況嚴重的話須立即注射凝血因子，造成失血過多將影響生命安全。為病患量身訂製悠遊卡限量200張，即日起可撥打活動專線02-8768-2603 洽詢。
