吸K菸開車去拜拜　警聞異味逮男子

【潘志偉／新北報導】基隆1名游姓男子今天凌晨1時許，從基隆住家欲前往中和烘爐地拜拜，行經中和興南路時，被警方盤查，游男甫拉下車窗，警員馬上聞到濃濃的K菸味，隨即在車內找到1包K他命，隨後將游男帶回派出所偵訊。

游男向警方辯稱，因為想睡覺才會吸食K菸，「K他命是在1家酒店購買的。」警方訊後依公共危險罪將游男移送法辦。
