在版上看到很多人討論這件事情 當然有人認為 手機相機嘛 不有用太苛求! 但是他不是主打"夜拍"嗎? 連基本功能都可以失去的照相功能如同虛設 加上送修後仍然復發 那問題就很大了不是嗎? 禮拜五客服告訴我這個問題是無法透過軟體更新解決不就間接承認硬體瑕疵? 然後又要客戶送修換整新機!那意思不就是我一拿到新機就是相機零件瑕疵 在一定的情況下才會觸發這個問題?那為什麼不能要求換新機或退貨呢? 小弟沒有工科背景 不懂版上人講很多的專業術語 但就依單純消費者的立場 是否可要求退貨或換貨 並承認其瑕疵呢? 消保會似乎也無效的樣子 本身也那新一 不知道有沒有人有同樣的想法 希望問題快點解決!!! -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 118.165.121.56
