三不管地帶的西土庫中排 坍方嚴重

台南市新營區西土庫中排位在新營、鹽水交界處，雞農趙豐參說，合併前就有坍方情形，但向新營、鹽水2區公所反映都未獲回應。康芮颱風致中排水急，旁邊地基遭沖刷淘空致坍方嚴重，市府水利局表示，會派人前往查看，迅速進行復建工程。
