趕路繳酒駕罰金　當場酒駕又被抓

【蔡進男／基隆報導】44歲劉姓工人今天下午騎機車到法院繳酒駕罰金，經過東光路時，被延平街派出所警員徐觀海，發現他搖晃不定、滿臉通紅，攔停酒測值達0.43毫克，劉訝異的說，昨晚喝了1瓶米酒，一覺醒來，沒有宿醉感覺，不知道酒精濃度還這麼高！

 劉說，4個月前酒駕罰9萬元，今日是繳款最後期限，帶了18000元，想請求檢察官准予分期，沒想到前款未清，就又多了一條，警方趕在法院下班前，將劉男移送地檢署，讓他還來得及繳罰金！劉一臉無辜，雪上加霜！
