禮券毀損 可辨識就可補發

行政院消保處昨宣布，包括菸酒和電影票等商品禮券，只要券面金額、禮券編號和條碼等重要內容足以辨識，就算毀損仍可要求補發，或選擇實體商品。業者補發消費者商品禮券時，雖可向民眾酌收補發費用，金額由業者自訂，但每張紙券補發費不得逾五十元，磁條卡或晶片卡則每張不得逾一百元。主管機關財政部和文化部預計下月公告上路。
