俄阻懲敘利亞 美控挾持安理會

美國駐聯合國大使鮑爾（Samantha Power）今天指控俄羅斯，在敘利亞化學武器危機中挾持聯合國安全理事會為「人質」，掩護敘利亞。

鮑爾告訴記者，敘利亞政府不應該因為獲得俄國「保護」，阻撓安理會針對疑似在內戰中使用化學武器一事採取行動，就得以免受懲罰。

不過，鮈爾承認，在俄國從中作梗的狀況下，安理會對此事「沒有可行之路」。
