高市民宅下陷 鑑定釐清責任

台電7月在高市鼓山區施工，附近住戶房屋傾斜龜裂，懷疑台電施工不慎，雙方今天在市議員斡旋下達成協議，透過鑑定釐清責任。

台電南區施工處7月間在鼓山區綠川街、河川街一帶進行地下電纜工程，連續3天附近住戶見道路路面大量冒水及泥漿，隨後附近8戶透天住戶發現房子逐漸下陷傾斜，地板出現龜裂，大門也因門框變形而卡住，無法開關。

住戶擔心房子地基被掏空，求助高雄市議員李喬如。李喬如邀請台電公司南工處、包商代表與受災戶實地會勘，並展開協商。

南工處課長吳貴仁說，這段工程包商是採潛鑽法施工，衝擊層面應是最小，以前施工都沒出過問題。

住戶則說，他們住30多年從未發生這種問題，直到台電施工後就這樣，直指台電施工不慎肇禍。

李喬如居中協調下，雙方達成協議，近日將請高雄市土木技師公會到場鑑定，釐清肇事責任後，再談賠償事宜。
