淡北道路 朱立倫：環評繼續有效

台北高等行政法院判決撤銷環保署對「淡北道路」第一階段環評有條件通過的處分；新北市長朱立倫今天上午於林口區表示，法律有法律的走法，目前全案還未定讞，環保署還會繼續上訴，就執行單位角度目前環評還是繼續有效，而淡水地區塞車非常嚴重，民眾也非常期待，「我們會繼續進行我們的工程！」
