你以為資方的胃口是一兩天被養大的嗎? 錯了,早在老蔣時期就養大了 老蔣那時一心一意製造反攻大陸藉口,加上過去曾因底層勞工反動致使政權丟失, 早在當時就走重資輕勞路線,因為那些企業可以幫忙增產報國, 外加當時國家沒錢,也需要企業主的錢來買武器,甚至必要時可以成為鎮壓工具, 於是在政策面打壓工資與工會,工會甚至被情治單位監控,滲透,甚至有成員被捉走, 也讓資方勢力得以無限上綱,那個年代受薪階級也是很苦的, 在薪資被打壓下,僅能勉強維持溫飽,難有什麼結餘. 受薪階級待遇明顯改善已是小蔣死後,李登輝上任時, 蔣政權最大問題在於一直讓台灣走廉價勞工創造經濟的模式, 忽略產業轉型.偏偏現在的馬英九還認為當初蔣政權重資輕勞是對的 搞22k,還打壓工會才慘 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 111.248.82.13
