新北地檢署偵辦新竹縣議員透過助理勾結書商，利用議員配合款買中小學書籍從中圖利，4日依貪汙、背信等罪追加起訴現任新竹縣議員張志弘、林光榮、劉良彬、趙一先、蘇明輝、鄭美琴、林保光，前縣議員許阿勇等民代及掮客、廠商、校長共30人。遭訴國小校長包括錦山何明星、新樂劉真琴、東安江菊美、錦屏趙淑芝、嘉興葉長發、桃山王富美、花園王賢、五峰朱義德、博愛呂紹澄、竹仁彭寶旺、二重黃國寶、十興范光順、秀巒王恭志、竹北邱鳳柑；關西國小校長朱勝泉緩起訴。
