疑送紅酒 藍候選人遭撤銷參選

（中央社記者黃名璽台北4日電）中國國民黨文傳會副主委殷瑋今天說，因為中常委候選人潘俊榮影響黨譽，考紀會函送組發會，決定先行撤銷參選資格。

媒體報導，有人收到以中常委候選人潘俊榮名義致贈的兩瓶紅酒禮盒，市價約新台幣1500元，上面還印「懇請賜票」，但潘俊榮昨否認送禮，「要檢舉請具名」。

殷瑋受訪時回應表示，潘俊榮已影響黨譽，考核紀律委員會函送組織發展委員會，決定先行撤銷參選資格。

相關人士指出，考紀會與組發會兩個主管單位可以認定候選人的參選資格，這方面不涉及是否違反黨紀認定；要討論是否違反黨紀，必須要召開考紀會。

據了解，國民黨預計稍晚將召開考紀會，處理潘俊榮的行為是否違反黨紀。1020904
