鼎太公紅麴滷味
記得第一次吃到是在八德大湳形象商圈上有幾家賣滷味攤位，每一家風味各有不同。其中鼎太公紅麴滷味特別興隆，客人通常會每一種產品都帶一些回去品嚐。
陳媽媽每晚攤車一出現客人就會絡繹不絕，直到賣完為止。
幾年前陳媽媽用家傳紅麴醬研發出獨特的紅麴滷味。
為了給顧客多一些選擇，也為了打發時間，陳媽媽開始在八德的商圈擺起小攤子。
陳媽媽的滷味很實在，先選擇優良肉品，再搭配30幾種中藥磨成粉，加入醬料。
陳媽媽透露，滷味絕不佳味精色素。細火慢滷 當然濃郁順口!
陳媽媽現在已不經營攤位，但技術傳承到下一代。
