監委指重大傷病恐拖垮健保財務

監察院財經委員會上午審議監委黃煌雄提出有關健保總體檢三多的調查報告，報告中指稱，長期以來，前衛生署未能積極檢討重大傷病範圍項目的界定，致健保實施至今，列入重大傷病的疾病項目只增不減，從16項增加為30項，每年領證逐年增加，從民國84年開辦時的21萬7960張，增加到101年的96萬1265張，領證人數為89萬8975人，佔該年納保人口的3.86%；所使用的醫療費用也從86年的415.95億元，增加到101年的1558.43億元，佔健保支出的27.56%，已為健保財務帶來沉重壓力，甚至可能動搖健保永續經營的基礎。
