請問大家 普通人自己買杏仁來做杏仁角可行嗎? 有沒有什麼是需要注意的? 或是需要什麼工具? 因為我看杏仁角顆粒都差不多大，應該不是買杏仁來敲碎這麼簡單吧? 杏仁買來要怎麼處理才能作成杏仁角? 會不會敲一敲變成泥....? 如果一整包杏仁太大包的話買巧克力球來取裡面的杏仁妥當嗎? 我只是要買來參在幾顆巧克力裡面而已不用太多，但是外面賣的都是200g起跳的 我想說可不可以從杏仁角節省一點成本 200g用不完挺浪費.. -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 115.43.158.196
