彰化傾斜民宅 非順向坡

彰化市安溪東路51巷28戶透天民宅因豪雨導致傾斜塌陷，土木技師今天表示，28戶已成危樓，不適合居住，非位於順向坡，不是地層滑動而是「漿砌卵石擋土牆」工法承載力不好，才會導致建物傾斜。

土木技師公會全國聯合常務理事林育信表示，經由鑽探資料顯示，倒塌民宅地質結構不是位於順向坡，不像地層滑動，而是基礎工作沒有作好。
