按原定計畫，印地安人隊台北時間4日將李振昌升上大聯盟，因此9月，共有金鶯隊陳偉殷、太空人隊羅嘉仁以及印地安人隊李振昌等3名台灣投手在大聯盟奮戰，熱鬧滾滾。

不過李振昌升上大聯盟的第一天對金鶯之戰，並沒有上場投球，此戰最後印地安人隊是以4比3贏球。

印地安人隊今天除了升上李振昌，也將Vinnie Pestano、Carlos Carrasco、Josh Tomlin 等3名投手升上大聯盟，9月擴編陣容，印地安人隊現在已有36名球員，李振昌隨時都有機會登板投球。

李振昌是印地安人隊積極培育的牛棚投手，7月中，印地安人隊曾第一次將他升上大聯盟，當時李振昌出賽3場，投2局，三振1次、保送3次，沒失分，防禦率0。

印地安人隊總教練Terry Francona日前曾特別提到李振昌，他說李振昌將是明年印地安人隊牛棚的重要成員，如果這次讓他在大聯盟可以有4至6場的出賽機會，相信對他明年在大聯盟會有很大的幫助。 (接下一頁)
