男子李京樺把同居人林斯涵遺體從高雄載到台東棄屍，警方3日凌晨自高雄將他押解台東地檢署偵訊，檢方認為他供詞保留又有滅證、逃亡事實，還涉及殺人重罪，甚至不排除有共犯，當庭逮捕並向地院聲押獲准。
