法務部證實　辦唐碧娥貪汙也曾監聽國會

法務部22日晚間証實，花蓮地檢署2008年偵辦前立法委員唐碧娥所涉貪瀆案時，錯誤監聽立法院電話「0972」，法務部表示，調查後確有其事，但同樣是誤為立院配給唐的助理使用而監聽，且同樣未有監錄內容，將徹查是否漏網案件，一併查處檢討。

根據媒體報導，民主進步黨籍立法委員尤美女昨（21）日質詢時揭露，花蓮地檢署在民國96年到97年間偵辦唐碧娥所涉的貪瀆案，也監聽「0972」，相關監聽譯文整整一大疊，卻未出現在法務部監聽調查小組報告中。

法務部表示，花蓮地檢署承辦檢察官當初誤認「0972」電話是唐碧娥助理的手機，從96年9月14日監聽到97年1月4日，監聽期間沒有監錄到任何通訊內容。這與之間清查其他13件誤聽立法院0972節費電話的情形相同，將送請臺灣高等法院檢察署核處。

法務部表示，另將請台高檢立即進行各地檢署監聽案卷專案檢查，徹查是否尚有其他類似案件，一併查處檢討，絕不讓同樣錯誤再度發生。
