新鮮人第一份工作有些地分不太懂，請各位幫忙算一下QQ 面試的時後談薪資是28000 季獎金一個月2000累計三個月發一次 全勤1000元 七月開始上班，實際工作19天 只拿到19000多... 薪資條上勞健保跟勞退都是0 八月份實際工作日25日，請了一天病假一天事假 實領22000多快23000... 薪資條上寫 應支金額： 底薪23000+餐費2000 健保費+勞保費+勞退合計大概4500元 總計29000多 應扣金額： 健保自附800多 健保費+勞保費+勞退合計大概4500元 事假+病假扣掉1200 合計6500多 所以實領是29000-65000約等於22K -------------------------------------------- 請問這樣是合理的嗎? 爬文都沒看到勞健保要扣這麼多欸QQ 有可能是因為連七月的一起扣嗎? 麻煩各位幫我解答，謝謝>※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 60.250.205.106 ※ 編輯: myhandting 來自: 60.250.205.106 (09/10 14:38)
